A very well centered and very fine NH complete booklet of 10 of the 46c Tall Ships Visit Issue of 2000. The cover is printed on low fluorescent JAC paper giving a medium fluorescent reaction under ultraviolet light, and there is a coating on the stamp side, which gives a low fluorescent bluish white reaction under ultraviolet light.This is the standard paper on which this issue is usually found.
