A very fine mint NH lower right inscription block of 4 of the 4c carmine red postage due stamp from the 1977-1982 Fourth Centennial Postage Due Issue. Horizontal wove paper with no ribbing on the face and white PVA gum with a satin sheen. Under long-wave ultra violet light the paper gives a dull fluorescent light violet reaction, with a low density concentration of dull fluorescent fibres visible in the paper, across the entire block. Unitrade values a VF-75 NH block at $0.50.
