A multicoloured pamphlet issued in April 1983 that contains information about the designs and history of the 37c, 48c and 64c definitive stamps issued in April 1983. A pretty interesting read through about how Canada Post produced and distributed these stamps. The coloured pamplets were sent out when the stamps were first issued. A nice addition to an otherwise complete collection.
