The Scott and Facit numbers range from 581b (Facit #HA7RH) to 581b (Facit #HA7RV), and include 581b (Facit #HA7RH & RV). The dot pattern on the covers are little divots that run the length of the cover. I've seen these exact same divots on examples of the integral Centennial Issue booklets of Canada, most notably BK69, but others as well.
