The Scott and Facit numbers range from 584b (Facit HA8RH) to 584b (Facit HA8OH), and include 584b (Facit HA8RH & OH). The booklets covers show 2 lines of text, are blank on the back, and show a dot pattern. The dot pattern on the covers are little divots that run the length of the cover. I've seen these exact same divots on examples of the integral Centennial Issue booklets of Canada, most notably BK69, but others as well. 2014 Facit Cat Kr. 75.
