A fine used example of the 2d on 1.5d red brown from the 1958 Surcharges, on scarcer earlier "stars" design. I have measured the overprint and can confirm that it is 9.5 mm long, as it should be, and the dot is 4.5 mm wide, as it should be. The printing of the stamp shows partially through the black ink, which is another characteristic of the genuine overprint. 2022 Scott Classic Cat $200.
