A VFNH single of the 17c multicoloured At Baie St. Paul from the 1981 Canadian Painters. Unlisted & scarce LF3/MF7 paper. I only found a handful of this variety. Unitrade has this stamp wrong: the DF or NF papers are common on this stamp and scarce on the other two. Conversely, the fluorescent and LF papers on this stamp are uncommon.
