A VFNH LL inscription block & block of the 17c multicoloured Rose from the 1981 Les Floralies Issue. with different, possibly constant blemish on rose petal varieties, DF1/LF3-fl Paper. One block is from pos. 25-26 and 35-36, and shows a small blemish on the outer central petal at pos. 25, and a green spot on the lower left petal at position 36. The second block shows the UR stamp (pos 32) shows a blemish on the LL petal, and the LR stamp (pos. 42) shows a large blemish on the left petal.
