2 VFNH horizontal pairs & 1 single of the 17c multicoloured Rose from the 1981 Les Floralies Issue. With different, possibly constant blemish on rose petal varieties, DF2/F5-fl Paper. The UL pair shows a donut flaw above the rose and a blue blemish on the leaf (pos. 2). The upper right pair shows a firefly below the "17" (pos. 9), and the single shows a blemish on the lower central petal at left. It is from the left edge of the sheet, and so could be any of position 1, 6, 11, 16, 21, 26, 31, 36, 41 or 46.
