2 VFNH singles of the 25c silver & multicolored Queen Elizabeth II from the 1977 Silver Jubilee Issue with raised & dropped silver '25', on LF3/LF3 & DF/DF papers.
The bottom of the numerals should be level with the bottom of the letters of 'Canada'. The dropped 25 is significantly below Canada, whereas the raised 25 almost touches the top of the frame. the dropped 25 is printed on LF3/LF3 flecked paper and the raised 25 is on DF/DF flecked paper. Unitrade does not list shifts like this.
